SportsForms is a service company designed for sports team managers, club directors, tournament organizers and sports leagues to send, sign and save team paperwork electronically. Powered by SignNow, SportsForms takes virtually any paper document, digitizes it and makes it available for electronic completion and signature. Users receive a link to sign a document and complete it using a standard web browser, or iOS or Android device. Once completed, the documents are automatically made available online to the team manager or club administrators.
