MILWAUKEE, April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Derco Repair Services, Inc. – a Sikorsky Aerospace Services Avionics Center of Excellence (ACoE) – today announced the addition of an Intermittent Fault Detection & Isolation System (IFDIS) that helps to easily identify and isolate intermittent faults in customers' aircraft electrical components. IFDIS technology offers enhanced service capabilities and provides maintenance solutions that increase safety, reduce cost and extend the service life of existing components. Derco Repair Services, Inc. is part of Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) – the aftermarket company of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
"We are excited to invest in this cutting edge repair equipment," said Mike Gajewski, SAS ACoE Technical Sales Manager.
