The imaginative film, "Hiram Maximus Fights the Noise," is set in the 1980's with Maximus, an undercover cop cruising the streets, serving as both a watchful protector and a criminal's worst nightmare. When the muzzle blasts from battling bad guy after bad guy begin to take a toll on his hearing, Maximus turns to his chief of police to relieve the ringing in his ears.

Equipped with the Maxim 9, Maximus returns to fight crime as an (almost) silent guardian who doesn't need earplugs.
