SilverArrow Supports Highest Possible Value For Rofin-Sinar Stockholders
LONDON, March 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today SilverArrow Capital Advisors LLP commented on the recent news that Rofin-Sinar Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: RSTI) has agreed to be acquired by Coherent, Inc. for $32.50 per share in cash.
