Simulation Studios and Hogan Lovells Wins Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards
Business simulation provider and law firm awarded for "Best Advance in Leadership Simulation Tools" by prestigious organization
SAN FRANCISCO BAY, Calif., Dec. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Simulation Studios (SimStudios) has today announced its win, with Hogan Lovells, of this year's annual Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. The companies' joint entry, "Global Leadership Development Program for New Equity Partners," garnered them the bronze medal in the "Best Advance in Leadership Simulation Tools" category. Their partnership marks the first time that a law firm successfully used and pioneered a SimStudios business simulation.

SimStudios and Hogan Lovells' participation in the Brandon Hall awards came about through their creation of the Transition to Equity leadership development simulation. Their partnership marks the first known use by a law firm of business simulation tools typically reserved for fortune 500 companies. Already, the newly created program has had a transformative effect on equity partners around the globe, who credit it with improving their leadership skills and employee management.
