Sinclair Names Charles Henrich, Jr. General Manager In Sioux City, Iowa

SIOUX CITY, Iowa, April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced that Charles Henrich, Jr. has been named General Manager for KMEG-TV (CBS) and KPTH-TV (FOX), and the simulcast stations, in Sioux City, Iowa.  The announcement was made by Steve Marks, EVP & Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair's television group.

In making the announcement, Mr. Marks said, "Charlie has over 20 years of experience in the television industry with positions in sales, management and operations.  Charlie was part of the Sinclair family before, having worked as Director of Sales in our Dayton market, and at that time was responsible for increasing revenue and market share."

Mr. Henrich most recently worked as Vice President/General Manager for WFTX-TV (FOX) in Cape Coral, Florida since 2013.  Prior to that and from January 2013, he was the Vice President of Operations for Newport Television.  From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Henrich was Vice President/General Manager for KECI-TV (NBC), KCFW-TV (NBC) and KTVM-TV (NBC) in Missoula, Montana and from 2003 to 2005, he was the General Sales Manager for KTNV-TV (ABC) in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Mr. Henrich has held various other positions in his career including Director of Sales for WKEF-TV (NBC) and WRGT-TV (FOX) in Dayton, Ohio, and Sales Manager with Fox Television Sales.  Mr. Henrich graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota.
