(Nasdaq: SCEI) ("Sino Clean Energy," or the "Company"), a leading producer and distributor of coal-water slurry fuel ("CWSF") in the People's Republic of China ("China"), today announced that it will file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing for its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010. The Form 12b-25 will allow the Company an additional 15 calendar days to file the Form 10-K which was otherwise due on March 31, 2011.
The Company fully expects to be able to file within the additional time allowed by the Form 12b-25. Sino Clean Energy plans to release its unaudited 2010 financial results before the market open on Friday, April 1. The earnings conference call will be held as scheduled.
