Sino-Global to Optimize End-to-End Supply Chain Platform with the Development of Mobile Logistic Strategy

ROSLYN, N.Y., June 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SINO) ("Sino-Global", the "Company" or "us"), a company engaged in shipping, chartering, logistics and related services, today announced that its Board of Directors approved the Company's exploration of developing and utilizing a mobile logistics strategy. The Company's Board has since launched an investigation on the logistic mobile application market and is currently conducting a feasibility study, of which the Company expects to report the findings in the coming months. 

Currently, Smartphones lead mobile technology usage in supply chain and logistics operations (according to an ARC Advisory Group survey) and the Company believes that with the increased integration of technology into its business model as well as by leveraging its existing global shipping and logistics relationships, it can fully expand into this market which will help to further build out Sino-Global's logistic network platform.
