VENICE, Fla., Feb. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SinoFresh® HealthCare, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SFSH) announced today that its Senior Management Team has initiated a program to launch SinoFresh products in international markets. This would more than double the potential size of the market in the United States.  To facilitate sales in targeted countries in the European Union and Japan, the Company will immediately begin to implement the following:

• Register SinoFresh products with appropriate government health agencies

• Secure product supply partners

• Conclude agreements with chosen distributors, each with established infrastructures and track record for target markets

• Expand Company's management team to include executives with international operations experience
