SinoFresh HealthCare Signs Three Sale Marketing Agreements

VENICE, Fla., March 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SinoFresh® HealthCare, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SFSH) announced today that it has signed contracts with three high volume sales agencies. These sales brokerage groups are expected to deliver a significant boost to long term sales and distribution along the Eastern Corridor of the United States. The agreements make SinoFresh's Antiseptic Homeopathic Nasal and Sinus Care Spray available to a market of more than 150 million people.

The agreements signed are with:

• Upstate Sales Alliance, Inc. - led by Steve Chaiken, the agency will focus on increasing sales in the New York Metropolitan area and throughout New England. Upstate Sales Alliance, Inc, is partnered with Elbe Distributors, led by Rick Litt, with market access along the Eastern Corridor.

• M.L. Ballsmith Sales LLC - led by Mike Ballsmith, the firm will focus on generating sales in Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.

• Beech Haven Sales and Marketing - led by Don Cormell, the group will focus on the Southeastern United States, covering all of Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.  

SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc. has, in accordance with the terms of the agreements, the options of granting each of these agencies additional sales territories as the Company's National Rollout Plan is implemented.
