(OTCQB: LWLG), a technology company focused on the development of a Next Generation Non Linear Optical Polymer Materials Platform for applications in high speed fiber-optic data communications and optical computing, announced today that Siraj Nour El-Ahmadi will replace Dr. Ross Fasick as a director of the Company effective November 1, 2013. Dr. Fasick, who is retiring, will continue as special advisor to the Board.

Siraj Nour El-Ahmadi is a Co-Founder and CEO of Menara Networks, Inc., located in Dallas, Texas, is a company that develops products and solutions that enhance layered optical transport networks.
