Sirius Solutions Grows Energy Advisory Services Practice in Dallas, Texas

HOUSTON, Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P. (Sirius Solutions), an independent business consulting services firm, today announced Marilyn Kibler-Colon has joined the firm as Director in its Energy Advisory services practice.  Based in Dallas, Texas, Kibler-Colon serves as a senior business executive that specializes in business performance and IT strategy, program and project management services and global delivery services. Her specialties include business advisory services, business performance and IT assessment, IT strategy consulting, information technology security solutions, business system implementation, business process improvement, change management, ERP selection and enterprise content management.  

Kibler-Colon brings over 20 years' experience in the technology integration and management consulting industries.  She served many clients, in a variety of leadership roles, helping transform businesses into profitable and innovative enterprises.  Her accomplishments include strategic planning and practice management, new product and service launches, strategic alliances and business partner management.  She led numerous projects for IT and business alignment to achieve measurable cost and revenue goals. These projects resulted in solutions with strong return on investment (ROI). 

Prior to joining Sirius Solutions, Kibler-Colon was a Regional Partner for the Business, Operations and Technology Practice with Tatum.  Prior to Tatum, she held the positions of Associate Partner and Executive Consultant with IBM Corporation and Xerox, respectively.  In these roles she was responsible for client relationship management, global solution delivery, business performance and process improvement initiatives, program and project management, recruiting and team building.  She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
