Sirius Solutions Names Kevin Cohn EVP Operations and Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON, Oct. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P. (Sirius Solutions), an independent business consulting firm, today announced that Kevin Cohn joined the firm as EVP Operations and Chief Financial Officer.  He will be responsible for Sirius Solutions' strategic development initiatives, business planning and operations.  In this new role, he will be based in Houston, Texas and report to Kristi Chickering, CEO of Sirius Solutions.

Mr. Cohn brings more than twenty years of experience and has held senior executive level finance roles with three publicly held companies since 1997.  Most recently, Cohn served as CFO of First Acceptance Corporation, a publicly traded insurance provider.  Prior to that role, he held senior executive finance roles at Bindview Development, a leading provider of software security and Metamor Worldwide, a global IT solutions provider with $800 million in revenues.  Prior to Metamor, Mr. Cohn was with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
