The most prestigious award is International Agent of the Year which recognizes the moving agent that provides outstanding customer service and experiences the most growth in all aspects of their household goods international moving business. Qualifying agents must have excellent quality and customer satisfaction scores along with a superior claims and safety record. They must also demonstrate a significant increase in booking volume year over year. 

Each of SIRVA's moving brands – Allied and northAmerican –recognized their top international agent performer.  This year, the winners are Allied International San Francisco of Hayward, California and northAmerican agent Palmer Moving & Storage of Warren, Michigan.
