"We have embarked on the Baldrige journey," said Eric Kurjan, President, Six Disciplines NWO. "Over the years, we have observed the value of the Baldrige process through our client relationship with 2007 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winner, PRO-TEC Coating Company. Paul Worstell, who retired as PRO-TEC president in 2010, and is now a member of our Six Disciplines team, encouraged us to begin our Baldrige journey to build sustainability using the clear alignment between the Six Disciplines methodology and the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. PRO-TEC's continued use of our Six Disciplines process and their outstanding execution clearly demonstrates how adhering to the process produces world-class results. As we strive to continuously improve our organization, we are convinced that any organization can achieve a rare level of Excellence by using the Six Disciplines methodology to deploy the Baldrige criteria."
