MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Skan AI, the leader in enterprise process intelligence, today announced the acquisition of Metaculars Inc., a company specializing in the development of AI agents for enterprise operations.
This acquisition accelerates Skan AI's enterprise AI roadmap to deliver the next-generation Observation to Agent™ platform. Skan AI is expanding on its industry-leading expertise in distilling the noise of enterprise work into signal, context, and governed intelligence.
"This acquisition strengthens Skan AI's position as the only platform that connects a process-aware foundation with agentic execution," said Avinash Misra, Co-founder and CEO of Skan AI. "Just as Databricks built the unified platform for AI on enterprise data, Skan AI is building the unified platform for agentic AI on enterprise execution."
Founded by Rajesh Gupta (formerly Apple, Qualcomm) and Sumit Kumar (Ph.D. candidate AI / ML), Metaculars built AI agents embedded within enterprise applications. Their technology supports use cases such as intelligent onboarding, in-flow guidance, proactive workflow execution, and real-time task orchestration, making enterprise software more intuitive and outcome-driven.
As part of the acquisition, Rajesh Gupta and the Metaculars team will join Skan's AI product engineering group to build enterprise agentic AI capabilities across operations, automation, and intelligent task execution.
"Metaculars shares our belief that the future of enterprise operations lies in intelligent, action-oriented agents," said Manish Garg, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Skan AI. "Their orchestration frameworks and in-app agent expertise extend our Observation-to-Agent solution and accelerate the path to autonomous operations."
"We have always believed the future of enterprise software lies in agents that act with real-world context" said Rajesh Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Metaculars. "By joining Skan AI, we now have the scale to make that vision a reality. Together we will create real business outcomes with an enterprise AI solution that is more autonomous, more intuitive, and more impactful."
