Four-building property adds 214,152 square feet to SKB's growing Oregon portfolio

Trellis West is located in Hillsboro's Sunset Corridor, at the heart of Oregon's Silicon Forest. Anchored by Applied Materials and KLA, the property features a high-quality tenant roster concentrated in the semiconductor and technology industries, more than 5.0 megawatts of power, and infrastructure designed to support a range of advanced technology and R&D associated uses. Located less than three miles from Intel's Ronler Acres and Hawthorn Farms campuses, Trellis West places its tenants at the center of one of the region's most important semiconductor and advanced manufacturing ecosystems.
