THERE ARE NO SECOND TAKES IN LIFE…TAKE 2 follows Stephen William (McNamee), a down-on-his-luck actor who believes he can turn his life and career around. Determined, he sets out to document this hopeful journey from the safety of his apartment. Unfortunately, things begin to devolve quickly as his personal and professional lives begin to intertwine in unexpected ways and roadblocks emerge.

In addition to starring, McNamee wrote and directed this weekly series full of wit and charm. Operating with no film crew behind the camera, McNamee filmed each episode as one continuous shot delivering bite-sized chapters between 20 seconds and 3 minutes in length. To help bring these 38 episodes to life, McNamee called upon the talents of 23 actors and 17 up-and-coming bands from across the country to provide the music.

A preview of THERE ARE NO SECOND TAKES IN LIFE…TAKE 2 first gained audience and industry attention on the film festival circuit. It screened as an 'Official Selection' at numerous festivals, including the Hamilton Film Festival, LA Webfest, Atlanta Webfest, New Haven International Film Festival and East Lansing Film Festival where it was picked "Best Bet" by the Lansing State Journal.

In an effort to give fans even more, McNamee will also be unveiling a variety of bonus content. These special interstitial segments include episodes of his original mini-series The Powerpuff Girls: The Teen Years; along with Famous Meet-Cutes In History, Fake Auditioning Tips, Behind-The-Scenes footage, and Inaccurate Indie Filmmaking Tips.

McNamee first gained attention for his sold-out sketch comedy show Casual Ambiguity, which he wrote, produced, directed, and starred in while graduating from the University of Chicago Law School. He also created and starred in the comedy short, Hold The Mayo, which earned 'Official Selection' nods at numerous festivals. McNamee honed his comedic skills training at the renowned Second City and Upright Citizens Brigade.
