ATLANTA, May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Two award winning companies, Skitter, Inc. and Conklin-Intracom have joined forces to market and deliver a cost-effective, state-of-the-art Internet protocol television (IPTV) service solution.

The Skitter TV service is a fully managed IPTV video solution called Skitter TVaaS™ ("TV-as-a-Service") that includes content rights for local off-air channels and the most popular cable programming channels along with a fully managed IPTV headend. Under the agreement, Skitter TV will be powered by Conklin-Intracom's best in class fs|cdn® IPTV middleware. Skitter TV's new interface will provide features such as on-screen programming guides, caller ID, whole home and network DVR, Restart TV, email, over-the-top and other interactive services in a single integrated seamless solution including cloud-based features and "TV Anywhere" which allows subscribers to view their favorite channels on mobile devices.
