VANCOUVER, Jan. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Sky Harvest Energy Corp. announces that it has been advised by the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") that the Company is the subject of a promotional initiative by several newsletter writers. The material being distributed contains overly promotional language pertaining to the Company's business, activities, and future prospects. The distribution of this material coincides with, and appears to have affected, a significant increase in the volume of trading activity in the Company's shares beginning January 13, 2014.

These newsletters were not authorized by the company or any of its officers and directors and are not endorsed by any of them. The Company and its officers and directors only became aware of the issuances by the letter writers when advised by the BCSC, which letters were noticed as privately paid and engaged.  The Company, and its officers and directors, have not engaged and are not engaging any letter writers or investor relations activity.
