Skytronics and Quality Aircraft Accessories Sign Exclusive Distribution Agreement for Overhauled Jasco Alternators and Regulators

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Skytronics, Inc., a leading component manufacturer and FAA Repair Station for commercial, military and general aviation aircraft, has selected Quality Aircraft Accessories, a leading distributor of new and overhauled engine accessories for general aviation, as the exclusive distributor of Jasco overhauled alternators and regulators. As part of this agreement, Quality Aircraft Accessories has purchased the associated inventory of overhauled components and will combine it with their existing inventory at their distribution facility located in Tulsa, OK. In addition to making the complete line of overhauled and new Jasco products available on an immediate basis, Quality Aircraft Accessories will be providing technical support for the entire Jasco product line.

The Jasco Alternator System, which is manufactured by Skytronics in 12-volt and 24-volt systems, is approaching its fifth decade of service on both fixed wing and rotary aircraft. It has built a solid reputation as an efficient charging system for both factory new installations and as a replacement and/or upgrade unit for bulky generators and/or inefficient alternators. Available in 50 or 70 amps, Jasco Alternators, Conversion Kits and Regulators are FAA/PMA-approved for Lycoming and Continental fixed-wing and radial applications.
