Slashdot Launches New Mobile Website

NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Slashdot, a Dice Holdings, Inc. service, today announced the launch of its new mobile website - http://m.slashdot.org - for tech professionals to socialize content every day and everywhere, including news, analysis, peer questions and professional insights.

Tech professionals will have access to great community features, including submissions, stories, discussions and interactive polls optimized for mobile phones and tablets.  Those aspects of the mobile site will be well-known to current Slashdot users, although new features such as rich user profiles, achievement badges and enhanced friends and foes lists have been introduced specifically for the mobile site.
