TULSA, Okla., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Fee Technology, Inc. CEO, Steve Castillo, suggests that the H.R.5297 Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 will not produce the desired results unless more small businesses can qualify for the Federal funding. However, Mr. Castillo provides a timely solution to this critical issue with his company's recently patented software called Profit Solver. Lawmakers voted to approve the legislation and the President signed the bill into law on September 27, 2010.
The centerpiece of the legislation is a 30 billion dollar lending facility that would direct taxpayer money to banks that will lend these funds to small businesses. However, businesses must still qualify for the loans and therein lies the challenge. Castillo believes his company's software can increase President Obama's success. "They are assuming that the small businesses that need the loans will have the financial capacity to qualify for them," Mr. Castillo commented, "and this is precisely where Profit Solver can help. Because of the deep and protracted economic recession, businesses do not have sufficient cash flow to support the additional debt service for the loans which will make it more difficult for them to qualify without some method that improves their numbers."
Castillo's firm has managed to increase profits for over 400 clients nationwide that have implemented their software. These businesses have increased cash flow by an average of $92,000 without increasing sales or adding new clients. Fee Technology solution to profit is the core reason Mr. Castillo believes they have a "Universal Business Key." This key allows businesses to become more profitable, since profits for many businesses have been eroded over the past two years due to the adverse economic conditions. By making minor changes to prices, Profit Solver guides companies to achieve significant increases in their profits. This will also increase the value of a business since values are tied to company profitability. With more profits, more businesses will qualify for federal funding, therefore increasing the likeliness of the legislation's success. While the Profit Solver® software has been sold for 3 years, Fee Technology received U.S. Patent No. 7,742,957 in July of 2010.
