Small Business Jobs Act: Eligibility Can Be Greatly Enhanced by Profit Solver

CEO, Steve Castillo, suggests that the H.R.5297 Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 will not produce the desired results unless more small businesses can qualify for the Federal funding.
