Horn was most recently President & CEO of Bullfrog Solutions, Inc. a CRM consulting firm. Dan Kraus, President of Leading Results was impressed with Horn's entrepreneur background.  "Michelle's vast experience of working with CRM databases combined with her experience as an entrepreneur means she knows firsthand what sales lacks and needs from a marketing team," said Kraus.

Leading Results helps clients spend less on marketing, and be more effective with what they do spend.  Horn's experience with CRM's and how companies have used them in the past will bring great dimension to the LRI team.

Horn's addition to the LRI team adds a West Coast office to the company.  Based out of Charlotte, Leading Results also has offices in Boston and Philadelphia.  Horn's initial focus will be in marketing coaching with companies on the West Coast and providing an overall support to all Leading Results clients using her deep background in CRM systems to support all marketing functions.

Horn completed her official training with the Duct Tape Marketing program in September.
