Small-town woman entrepreneur featured in Daymond John's upcoming book, a testament to the power of diligence and innovation

Crystal is a conversion marketing specialist, business-owner, mentor and mother. She resides in Austintown, Ohio, working remotely for clients across the country, including Daymond John.

Prior to founding CNV Creative, Crystal earned her MBA from Youngstown State University (YSU) and was the assistant for YSU's Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) when they received the 2018 National SBDC Excellence and Innovation Award from the SBA.
