Smart Online, Inc. Names Bob Dieterle as New Senior Vice President and General Manager

(OTC Bulletin Board: SOLN) (www.smartonline.com), a specialist in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications for small business through its OneBiz® brand (www.onebiz.com) and for nonprofits through its Loyalty Clicks brand™ (www.loyaltyclicks.com), is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Dieterle to its senior management team as Senior Vice President and General Manager.

Prior to joining Smart Online, Dieterle was an Executive Director of WW Services at Lenovo, where he spent the last five years establishing the company's first services global portfolio. His extensive strategic experience comes from various directorial positions during his 16 years at IBM where Dieterle lived in China creating and implementing IBM's first PC development lab while gaining hands-on, cross-cultural knowledge through the mentorship and management of team leaders from the US, Japan and China.
