NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Sept. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Smart-Tek Solutions Inc., (OTC Markets: STTN) reports that the recent amended filings were for administrative cleanup purposes.  On July 11, 2011 the Company filed an Amended September 10-Q with restated financials to reflect the sale of Smart-Tek communications Inc. to the Company's former CEO.  On August 8, 2011 the Company filed an Amended Form 10-KT to revise the language of the REPORT OF INDEPENDENT REGISTERED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM for the December 31, 2010 transitional audit.  On September 9, 2011 the Company filed an Amendment No. 2 Form 10-KT to further revise the language of the Report of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm and to fulfill the requirement that the audited financials of the Company accompany need to accompany the revised auditor's report.  In addition, the June 30, 2011 Form 10-Q showed an increase in employees over the same period prior year,  The increase in employees was to accommodate the ramp up of our business model over the past year.
