Snyder's-Lance, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Snyder's-Lance, Inc. (Nasdaq: LNCE) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the Company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on February 25, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2011.

The company plans to release 2010 full year financial results before the market opens on Friday, February 18, 2011.
