The acquisition brings MindMixer back to its Nebraska roots and expands Social Assurance's growing ecosystem of digital communication tools for both private and public sector organizations. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2010, MindMixer gained national recognition as one of the early leaders in online community engagement.
