Social Commerce Platform Moxian Unveils New Version

NEW YORK, July 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Moxian Group Holdings, Inc. ("Moxian") (OTC: MOXG), a Social Commerce Platform company, today announced the launch of its new V1.0.7 iOS upgrade.  The key update to the platform is the availability of a new Gift Code System which further enhances the consumer experience and brings them closer together with merchants. In addition, this platform upgrade will reach the millions of iPhone users in China and Malaysia who can now download the app from the Apple store.

With the gift code system, consumers who patronize at a member store will be entitled to a Moxian Card with "MO-Points." Consumers can redeem the points by scanning the QR codes on the newly updated Moxian App where they can use the points to play online games or to bid for products.

Additional updates to Moxian V1.0.7 include:

• Improved "MO-Promo" platform for merchants helps improve sales with a better site search experience
