
SocialCrush Acquires Top Social Search, Management and Training Company SayItSocial
Acquisition expands business offering and adds top SEO/SEM leadership.
WILMINGTON, N.C., July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SocialCrush, the popular digital and conversational media educational and business strategy company, has recently acquired social search, social media management and training company SayItSocial. This acquisition also brings advanced social search expertise to SocialCrush with the addition of one of the industry's top social strategists, Ty Downing, as Chief Officer of Digital Technology.
SayItSocial has been on the forefront of social media training and search business strategies, both domestically and internationally since its launch in 2008, having recently completed training for a Fortune 2000 companies in Germany, Amsterdam, and New York as well as consultancy work for companies such as Redbox, Kohler, Nissan and others.
This acquisition brings sophisticated services, tools, training and strategic planning to SocialCrush's business development offering. The SayItSocial team including Google AdWords and Analytics Certified Staff will join SocialCrush as of September 1, 2011.
