SoftServe Wraps Up 2013 with Rapid Global Expansion, New Leadership and Significant Customer Growth

New offices were opened in Kyiv and Kharkiv, Ukraine, as well as a state-of-the-art UI/UX Center of Excellence in Austin, Texas.
