Kirin Frozen Ichiban Beer is made with a patented, innovative frozen stirring technology called "Frozen Agitation," a process where air is blown into the beer as it is continuously stirred and chilled.

Kirin Ichiban Frozen Beer is Kirin's premium quality 100% malt, first press Kirin Ichiban draft beer topped with a 23 degree frozen beer foam that acts as a lid to maintain the chilled temperature of the beer.  It provides a frozen foam topping, with a smooth but unique "cool and refreshing" texture, keeping  the beer cold for 30 minutes.
