CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Solanbridge Group, Inc. (OTC.PK: SLNX) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Advanced Medical Sales LLC, a privately held North Carolina limited liability company, for $165,000.

Advanced Medical Sales supplies Transcutaneous Electrical nerve stimulators, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Ultrasound units, Micro-current sub sensory units and Electric Muscle stimulation units along with numerous joint and extremity therapeutic sleeves directly to Physicians offices, Chiropractic offices and Physical Therapy Centers. The devices are used for the treatment of acute and chronic pain as well as post-operatively for muscle rehabilitation either with or without prescribed Narcotic Analgesics, NSAIDS, Muscle Relaxants and/or steroids depending on each patient's specific needs and/or wishes. The Medical Provider prescribes and fits the patient with one or more of these devices with respect to the Medical Necessity of the patient. Electrodes are sent to maintain the proper use of the equipment monthly to each patient by Advanced Medical and reimbursement to Advanced Medical is made by the patient's insurance company.

With the very recent regulations by Governmental and State Medical Boards to limit the prescribing of Pain Medication by Physicians and the policing of Physician's prescribing habits by Electronic Narcotic Prescription Databases, there has been a growing concern on the part of Physicians and increasing pressure on Medical Boards by patient advocacy groups to make significant changes.
