Solanbridge Group, Inc.'s Subsidiary to Host a Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine Fundraising Event

MELBOURNE BEACH, Fla., Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Solanbridge Group, Inc. (OTCPINK: SLNX) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant, an upscale  steak house, will be hosting a Live for Wine & Chocolate Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine Fundraising Event on Sunday, February 24^th. Doors open at 4 pm EST and dinner will be served at 5 pm EST, which will include a four course gourmet dinner with wine pairing as well as an array of chocolate desserts. Tickets for the fundraising event are $60 each and the event includes music, dancing, raffles, dinner and drinks.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has secured a one year extension on its lease for David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant, located at 302 Ocean Ave, Melbourne Beach, FL. Solanbridge Group's management has now focused on expanding David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant to multiple locations within the next three years and is currently searching for additional space.

Solanbridge Group would also like to announce that Mr. Charles Lances has resigned from all positions with the Company and Mr. Jennings Bolin has been appointed Vice President and Director of Solanbridge Group, Inc. Mr. Lance resigned to pursue other opportunities and management does not know of any disagreement with Mr. Lance on any matter relating to the issuer's operations, policies or practices.
