Solera National Bank Names Lynn Archuleta Community Reinvestment Act Officer
LAKEWOOD, Colo., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Solera National Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solera National Bancorp, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SLRK), announced today it has named Lynn Archuleta, Vice President of Business Banking, as its Community Reinvestment Act Officer responsible for ensuring the bank meets the objectives as set forth in the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
Ms. Archuleta has over sixteen years of banking experience in the Denver market and will continue to serve in the capacity of Business Banking Officer while taking on the additional responsibilities of the CRA Officer. Ms. Archuleta was selected due to her extensive experience in supporting and serving the needs of small businesses and community causes in Denver. She currently serves on the boards of directors of the Urban League of Denver, Mi Casa Resource Center for Women, and sits on the council for Hispanic outreach for the Denver Area Council of Boy Scouts of America. She is also an active member of the Denver Hispanic Chamber, the Latina Chamber, the Colorado Women's Chamber, and Junior Achievement.
