Solid Landings Behavioral Health in Costa Mesa, California recently appointed a new program director as the organization continues to expand its services
COSTA MESA, Calif., July 25, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Solid Landings Behavioral Health recently appointed Stacey Sugar as program director of its affiliate, Sure Haven, a recovery treatment center exclusively for women. Stacey comes to the Solid Landings team as a licensed clinical counselor from Baltimore, Maryland. With 10 years experience in mental health and dual diagnosis treatment, in both therapeutic and leadership capacities, she has worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Ms. Sugar provided substance abuse and mental health evaluations for court-ordered clients; group, individual, and family counseling for substance abusers and their loved ones; and mental health counseling in private practice. She was also integral in program and policy development for multiple outpatient treatment facilities in the Maryland area.

Ms. Sugar earned her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and is thrilled to make the journey from the east coast to the west coast to join the Solid Landings team. "I'm looking forward to the opportunity of integrating my unique psychodynamic and insight-oriented counseling philosophies to the clinical programs at Sure Haven," says Ms. Sugar.
