As the first Somos Authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Partner for RouteLink®, AGNITY will provide its customer base with a modern and affordable option for bringing Toll-Free routing data to the market.
AGNITY is a leading provider of intelligent business communication applications and infrastructure for the telecommunications industry. Their Core Network Applications include several product offerings that are highly synergistic with RouteLink®. With this partnership, AGNITY has incorporated RouteLink®, a Somos service that provides direct access to authoritative Toll-Free routing data into their Intelligent Call Routing (ICR), a core network applications offering. The ICR allows the execution of a service flow by the underlying routing engine, specifically utilizing RouteLink's Application Programming Interface (API) to reduce both the cost and complexity of the Toll-Free routing process.
AGNITY customers can now download a full copy of Somos' authoritative routing data, sourced from the SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry. This information is available in a "Plug and Play" format that requires minimal deployment and system integration. Customers can then apply their business intelligence to determine the fastest and most efficient possible route for the delivery of a Toll-Free call.
