Soundcore Launches Its 12th Platform with the Formation of TreeServe

NEW YORK, April 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Soundcore Capital Partners, LP ("Soundcore"), a New York-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the formation of TreeServe, LLC ("TreeServe") through its investment into both Princeton Tree Care ("Princeton") and Clauser Tree Care ("Clauser"). Princeton was founded 12 years ago by Tim Bruchez. Princeton is located in New Jersey and headquartered in the town after which it is named. Clauser was founded over 30 years ago by Steve Clauser. Clauser is located in eastern Pennsylvania with its headquarters in Chalfont, PA.

Princeton and Clauser are leading tree care service providers specializing in tree trimming and pruning, tree cabling and bracing, tree and stump removal, plant and shrub healthcare, and emergency and storm response services.
