Soundcore Launches TrussPoint Platform by Partnering with Ridge Top and Appointing Chad Colony as CEO

NEW YORK, June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Soundcore Capital Partners ("Soundcore"), a New York-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce its majority investment in Ridge Top Exteriors ("Ridge Top", or the "Company"). Soundcore simultaneously launched TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations ("TrussPoint"), a growth-oriented investment platform focused on residential home exterior services, and appointed Chad Colony as Chief Executive Officer of the new platform.

Ridge Top, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, provides exterior home remodeling installation and repair services. The company specializes in residential roofing, siding, windows and doors, gutters, and solar installations for customers in major MSAs across Wisconsin, Florida, and Illinois, and has a history of successful greenfield development. The Company has a strong retail (non-insurance) core business and also benefits from market brand awareness to service storm (insurance) related work and its customers' needs.
