South Florida Start-Up Launches On-Demand Career Advice for Millennials
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Intinde, a start-up company with its U.S. headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, is targeting millennial graduates, employees and entrepreneurs in its pursuit to teach and motivate this substantial workforce population – all on-demand.
Millennials will constitute 46 percent of the workforce by 2020 according to research from Georgetown University's Center on Education and the Workforce; however, they are still struggling to find successful employment. As of December 2016, the national unemployment rate remained steady at 4.7 percent, however the unemployment rate for workers age 18-29 was more than double at 11.4 percent.
