This year's theme, "Called to Be Faithful," will explore the concept of faithfulness as integral to all aspects of ministry, from leadership to worship.
"I'm excited about the focus of the WorshipGod conferences this year," said Bob Kauflin, Director of Sovereign Grace Music (www.sovereigngracemusic.org). "It's designed specifically for the many musicians who serve their churches week in, week out, with no special acclaim. God sees them, and this conference is meant to encourage and equip them."
Speakers at WorshipGod 2013 will include host Bob Kauflin, Kevin DeYoung, Craig Cabaniss, Kevin Twit, Dr. Russ Moore, and Don Whitney, with music led by Enfield, Sojourn Music, and Sovereign Grace bands. Attendees will be able to choose four of 28 seminars, which cover topics as diverse as "Planning Your Meeting," "Rehearsals in the Real World," "Faithfulness from Generation to Generation," "Editing Your Song," "Making Room for the Spirit's Leading," and "Praying Publicly." Interested individuals or groups can visit www.worshipgod2013.org, which includes a complete list of the seminars and speakers in addition to the full conference schedule. Registration will be open until June 14 for the West conference and July 19 for the East conference, with discounts for those who register early.
