SOYJOY® Receives Official Gluten-free Certification

NORTHRIDGE, Calif., April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pharmavite LLC, the maker of SOYJOY^® snack bars, is pleased to announce the brand's official gluten-free certification from the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), the leading gluten-free certification program in the world. The gluten-free certification process involved a thorough, independent third-party examination of SOYJOY's development, baking and manufacturing process to ensure the product's complete gluten-free status. With this certification, SOYJOY's packaging will feature the official "GF" logo starting this summer. The logo symbolizes the high quality and high standards that the GFCO calls all of its certified brands and restaurants to uphold, specifically the requirement that there be less that 10 ppm of gluten in all raw and finished goods, as well as a required audit of all facilities used in manufacturing.
