ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide professional, technical and administrative support services in support of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) OPNAV N1/BUPERS Washington.

SPA will compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. The maximum value of the contract is $33.4M
