PALM DESERT, Calif., April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spare Backup (OTC Bulletin Board: SPBU) today announced that it has entered into a distribution relationship with Venicom.  Venicom Inc. is considered one of the Premier National Master Agencies in the telecommunications industry.
