SPATCO Petroleum Solutions Acquires PetroTech, LLC

CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SPATCO Petroleum Solutions (http://www.spatco.com/), a wholly-owned division of SPATCO Energy Solutions, today announced it has acquired the assets of PetroTech, LLC, a Mississippi based supplier of equipment and services to the petroleum industry.  PetroTech is an authorized distributor of Wayne Fueling Systems and is based in Plantersville, Mississippi.  Steven (Brad) Gilmore, owner of PetroTech, LLC, will join SPATCO Petroleum Solutions as Operations Manager.  The new facility is SPATCO's fourth expansion in the last 18 months, and it immediately follows the April 24th opening of its new Memphis, Tennessee location.  With operations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee, SPATCO Petroleum Solutions sells, installs, and services all brands of petroleum equipment, including Wayne Fueling Systems.
