Spear Inc. Appoints Pamela McGregor as Sr. Vice President of Strategic Accounts Division
VIENNA, Va., June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Spear, Inc. (Spear), a leading provider of IT solutions and management consulting to the Federal Government, announced today the selection of Pamela McGregor as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Her executive role within Spear will be to identify targets of opportunity, capture key customers and contracts while growing Spear's customer presence on select DoD and Intelligence Accounts within the Federal Government. She will lead operations on existing strategic accounts that deliver unique technologies utilizing big data analytics and cloud based solutions. Pamela possesses 25+ years of experience in the GOVCON marketplace. She has held executive and management positions throughout her decorated career which will be keys to her success as an executive at Spear.
Pamela joins Spear from Unisys, where she served as Vice President for DoD/Advanced Programs. During her 6+ years at Unisys, Pamela was responsible for the management and execution of the P&L Center for their Intelligence Community. Her responsibilities included program management and all aspects of business development from opportunity identification through capture. Prior to Unisys, she held leadership positions at other Tier 1 Systems Integrators including BAE and Martin Marietta Data Systems.
