Spear, Inc. Names Beth McCall Senior Vice President of Newly Formed Federal Civilian Division

(Spear), a leading provider of IT solutions and management consulting services to the federal government, announced today the appointment of Beth McCall as the Senior Vice President of Spear's Federal Civilian Division.  With over 25 years of experience in the federal IT industry, Beth will advance Spear's sales and business development platform within the civilian federal marketplace to include all federal healthcare.  As a seasoned, innovative executive with an expert understanding of the federal IT community, Beth will leverage her proven capabilities of strategic capture & alliances, management of sales execution, competitive & financial analysis, and strategic pricing to grow Spear's presence in the industry.  Additionally, Beth will be responsible for the overall operations and organic growth related to Spear's ever-growing federal civilian contract base.

Prior to joining Spear, Inc., Beth served as the Vice President, Federal Civilian at Intelligent Decisions for seven years.  Beth established and managed the infrastructure and team of high-performance contributors resulting in successful, rapid growth of the federal civilian market.  She strategically grew sales in the designated customer segment through a diversified product & services portfolio, innovative solution bundling, and strong human capital acquisition & management.  Beth also served as the Director of Federal Sales for Telos Corporation, effectively growing the green field federal civilian market.  She leveraged her in-depth knowledge of the federal civilian cyber security market to ensure security software product lines were accurately tailored and successfully launched to the federal civilian market.
