Specialized Loan Servicing Names New Senior Vice President Of Research & Analytics

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo., April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Specialized Loan Servicing LLC (SLS), an industry leading independent, third-party mortgage servicer, announced today that Ryan Conser has joined the company as a Senior Vice President of Research & Analytics.  Ryan will focus on predictive analytics, developing enhanced benchmarking, segmentation strategies and risk modeling to ensure top tier performance for clients and innovation for internal business partners.

Prior to joining SLS, Ryan served as Vice President of Analytics & Strategy at Seterus Inc., a wholly owned mortgage servicing subsidiary of IBM.  His operational execution and portfolio management skills helped to achieve their Four Star designation from FNMA's STAR program.  During his tenure at Seterus, he was recognized for his achievements receiving the Gerstner Award for Client Excellence and the Best of IBM Award in 2011.

A 15 year veteran of the mortgage industry, Ryan has held notable leadership positions ranging from portfolio acquisitions and pricing to strategic planning and performance analytics. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
