Speridian Acquires Canada Based IT Services and Project Management Experts, Helm Innovations
The acquisition expands Speridian's global footprint into Canada
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Speridian Technologies, a leading provider of information technology solutions for global businesses, today announced it has acquired Helm Innovations, a Canada based professional services firm that serves a broad spectrum of organizations in public sector, financial services and insurance industries.
Founded in 2010, Helm Innovations has worked with leading public and private sector clients to provide them consulting experience with a focus on service delivery, project management, business process review and implementation. Helm has been successful in delivering innovative solutions to its client base in Canada that includes enterprise accounts such as Royal Bank of Canada, Ontario Public Services, and educational institutions such as Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and the University of Toronto.
This acquisition will lead to the establishment of Speridian Technologies Canada which will let Speridian bring its portfolio of products and services to the Canadian marketplace.
